What a blessed christmas I had. =) Last wednesday was singing everywhere and I went down to church in the evening and we got to LOR room to have our prayer first. Got to our different groups for the blocks then grabbed the papers and bread. I was in block 38 with mandy shirley sheng joshua donovan nun edwin. Together we covered the whole block of 15 floors 5 doors in each level singing everywhere! hahaa. Giving out the breads and inviting them to the christmas party at Bobby O. Well. One family was so kind that they gave us a bag of CORNETTO ice cream. But instead of eating them, we distributed the ice cream to other kids in the block. The next day was the party and quite a number of residents turned up. Nun was dressed as a bear being the mascot. haha. and jeanette was hugging him. Then we played a prank swapping nun and deebs. OH MY GOODNESS! What a day for me today. In the morning there were like plans to meet up in the morning to practise our pair dance in the end Cheeyi overslept. DOH. Totally wasted my time. So for the whole morning I spent my time watching other people dance. Cheeyi only came at 12 plus which is the time that I had to leave so we managed to pick our song only. Another was that I was supposed to meet up with my brother at AMK station and it ended up he overslept too. OH HOW NICE. In the end I went ahead first to meet up with my mum, Cheryl plus her mum. Went shopping and I bought jeans skirt! FINALLY. After years of finding. hahaa. After we had a bite at some place the youngsters went to Esplanade and Cheryl and I booked the practice room and started playing on the piano to build up our confidence in public playing. WOOHOOS! Lotsa stuff happened these few days. Last week I had my youth camp at BB/GB campsite and it was totally awesome. The games were much better than last year's and it was somehow fun and got to know the sec 1s plus p6s better. I became more tanned and was sure delighted with it. hahas. blah blah blah. im high. I've been swimming 30 laps with my brother and i sure got tanner AGAIN! yay! i LOVE my tan! =) im definitely high. For today, I went to the airport early in the morning to send my dear beloved youths off to EAST TIMOR. man. i cant stop shaking to the song ONE WAY. oh anyway, back to the subject. At the airport. HELLO. Just reached home after a long day. Been out since EIGHT to meet up with the youths to get harry potter tickets which was showing at 10. We were kinda kiasu to meet at that time as we were afraid that there might be no more tickets available. The show was alright la. After that we had our lunch then the guys went off, perhaps to @corner, leaving Jeanette and me stranded in ps. hahaha. Not that extreme la. HEY. It's my second time doing an impromptu pastry. hahaha.. This happens when i get too bored at home. The first pastry I did was cookies which somewhat ended up like rock buns and it was not bad because my dad didn't know that I actually baked at home and one fine day he opened the cupboard and ate them thinking it was bought from a shop! hahaa. I could actually bake such HIGH standard cookies without any preparation of ingredients or even a proper recipe! I just felt like pouring what I think the amount should be. haha. wahlah. It came out perfectly good. And today! I bake BREAD PUDDING. This time I had a recipe ready of course since I've never bake a bread pudding in my life. But again I had no ingredients prepared. I just dug out whatever that's available in my kitchen. It actually turned out quite good as I had ALL the ingredients that's stated in the recipe. Followed everything in order and then BAKE. HELLO. Just reached home from Nat's house not too long ago. I've been out since morning la. Super tired. I had my breakfast with my mum and bro at macs in the late morning then went for my dental appointment. I chose PINK colour. haha... Sadly there's only one shade of pink so my choice was limited. I guess my hopes of getting alternate colours are dashed. I didnt know they'd put the connected rubbers so quickly! So its like I only can put one colour now. How sad. I've been planning to put red and green for christmas and its like just before the month of christmas they put this kind of rubbers. Oh well. Hey. 14th November today. or rather 15 since now's already passed 12. Well, today is my supposed birthday but I decided to born as a pre-mature baby so came out earlier instead. If I was born on the 14th November, Natalie and my birthday would be so close together. So good thing I'm born on the 29th September. hahaa. Natalie heard that? Deadbeat. Guess what am I doing at this hour. Or rather, finished doing. As usual, I just finished packing my room! I always do this at such weird timing and I think it has become my habit. uhoh. HELLOO. yesterday- I had piano lesson in the morning and studied in the afternoon. Yes. Studied. I left home at 4 for town to accompany Jeanette to look for a dress for Grace's wedding but in the end she found nothing that she liked. Having two people with no sense of direction together is bad. We walked in the opposite direction of our destination which was to go to HMV at Heeren. Came across Borders and we went in and the CDs there are like so expensive. Helloo. Today I was on duty for main service so I had to be in church by 9. During the sermon, my mind started drifting away, telling myself that I need to study. Study real hard, and get into my dream JC - ajc/sajc. I just felt like studying and studying and studying. Don't know why. After service I went up to LOR room to help to give auditions for the kids choir. The first was Edward. He's super cute la and his singing was not too bad. Only one or two of them sang off key. When the audition was about to end, the people who are going for the East Timor Mission Trip came in for the briefing. While waiting for my parents, I sat in to listen too. Something that i learnt. It costs about $20 for a call of 1 minute using Singapore Simcard. So expensive man. So they were encouraged to buy the local simcard there. heyheyhey. studied for FOUR hours today at the library with tess, bocheng, cheryl, cristal and shuixiong. had a better undestanding of the 3 subjects that i failed for ca2 - chemistry, amaths, physics. later on went to ntuc to buy pot luck stuff with cristal and cheryl for the so called gathering at cristal's house, DOWNSTAIRS. haha. done with the shopping, they came to my house to COOK. yes. HEY. yesterday was the best farewell party in my 3 years in deyi. was much more fun than the previous years. for the whole week we've been practising for the competition between 4 groups. the teachers were impressed by our dances that were choreographed by different people who were students from m&d too. after the 4 groups performance, it was dinner time. the group of us were happily running around the hall playing a fool. haha. one time alycia decided to pose with her head sticking out of the curtains on the stage and guess what i did. something very very mean. haha. i pushed her. i'm so proud of myself! =D this confirms i have perfect pitch! here it goes... guanghao usually plays some jay chou songs on his guitar in class. the song may sound familiar to me because so many people are singing that and so somehow i know. but i seldom listen to chinese song so the tune isnt really in my head. on saturday i was like playing with the guitar and i got the introduction of it! finally i understand trigonometry with the help of some website my mum showed me. i finished the homework in less than 10 minutes and all my answers were right. wow. going to use that website to learn chemistry too. maybe tomorrow. this morning i had a hard time waking up. was just so tired and i was dozing off everywhere i went. as soon as i got off the bed my knee was killing me. then i grabbed my knee guard and wore it for the whole day. it was sure uncomfortable. in church good thing i didnt fell asleep during sermon despite my tiredness but my attention wasnt fully that. later on went for lunch at pek kio market and joshua nd his family were eating there too. there was this lady who kept on going around begging for money and she approached us a couple of times when we were eating. later uncle timothy told us she actually attended our church once and she's loaded. if she's loaded why bother to beg for money and dress in those not-so-nice-looking clothes. i guess greediness ...

super long long day today. woke up the usual time as weekdays, it didn't felt like a saturday at all. reached school by 7.30 already and just waited for the rest of the dancers to come. had 2 buses to transport us to kallang theatre. when we reached there we were brought to our holding rooms, it was so big and spacious but sadly we had to change room. brought to another room instead, smaller one. we changed to our costumes and started the rehearse for the lightings and stuff. when the modern ballet was done i could just slack all the way until lunch break. sat there and watched the rest of the items rehearsing. lunch was beehoon which was much better than the usual beehoon we get which seems to be rubber bands. got our make ups all done and everything all ready and the full dress rehearsal started. went through the whole thing once already we had about 2 hours of free time before the actual thing started. during that time it was the craziest and most fun we had. haha. cheryl alycia...

hey. nation's birthday today. like duh. 9th august. its like so quickly a year has passed since last year's participation. all the memories flowing back in. this morning went to teck ghee cc as amos and his band performing there so went there to support. my family was in a rush as the supposed time is 8.45am so we had take away for breakfast from macs and by the time we reached there it was super crowded, all packed like sardines. amos' band conductor so happened to be my brother's conductor too and so he got a sit for my brother so that he wouldn't be standing with his clutches. in the end the performance was actually at 8 and they only played for 15mins. that's bad. we rushed for nothing. could have taken a proper breakfast. well, amos informed us wrongly. after all that plus the scorching sun, we went to toa pa yoh to catch the movie - charlie and the chocolate factory together with amos' family and gladys' family. and the show is not bad. its very, w...

hey. yesterday terene and minsheng came to visit my brother and my dad and terence were like giving minsheng guitar lessons. haha. i just realised minsheng's a grade 7 piano student and he didn't want to continue after he failed his grade 8. kinda wasted. then terence showed us the youth day pictures and many pictures of my brother without crutches. today was the day for my BRACES. YES. BRACES. FINALLY! after? erm. like 3 years plus of waiting? that's LONG. then finally its on now. stuck onto my teeth. tightening my teeth so tight that i can only eat PORRIDGE. i guess i'll get sick of it after a few days time. oh well. anyway, today i tried playing introduction of incomplete on the piano and introduction of wake me up when september ends on the guitar. haha. so fun. i also practised my exam pieces la, of course. exam is just next month. so fast. gosh. the braces are really hurting me. squeezing my teeth and gums. ouch. now i can't wait for it to be off and my teeth...

HI. today woke up extremely early, the same time as going to school, 6.20. at least i managed to wake up with only the help of the alarm clock. took a train down to church then we started to do the carwashes again. yesterday we did about 17 cars for 2 hours which is already not bad. today altogether before and after service we washed about 30 over cars. WOW. isn't that wonderful? and we sure raised quite a sum of money. i think at this rate we definitely can meet our target for the east timor mission trip. =) by the time i was home i was dead beat. i just laid on the sofa and soon fell asleep. i think i slept for about 1 hour then i woke up to bathe. haha. i stink. then started to practise my piano which i haven't touch it for VERY long which is really bad because my exams are coming in like 1 months time? hey. yesterday was sure terrifying going through the process of extracting 2 more teeth. it was done by another dentist because i think that if i were to wait until my turn for the dentist who did for me last week, it would take years. so the dentist knowing that i was somewhat afriad injected MANY dosage of the drug that would make my mouth all numb. it was super painful la. =( OUCH. then came to plucking, it wasn't pain at all but the thought of losing my teeth gross me out. later on reached home i slept as expected and when i woke up my gum was still bleeding, luckily it didn't stain my pillow, just the gauze inside my mouth. i only ate my dinner at around 9 plus which was considered later than usual. oh ya. it was porridge. HEY. my brother's home already. early in the morning already went out to visit him. before that i ate breakfast at macdonalds. ate hotcakes which is the only thing that is soft enough for me to eat. reached there, i just sit there and watched some show. later on da ku, mark, jake and emily came when the nurse was dressing his wound. and yucks. she showed us the wound. he had 20 over stitches. and the sight wasn't that pleasant. and it sure hurts for him. when he went for his physiotherapy - is the right spelling? da ku they all left. he learnt how to use crutches down and up the stairs and across a kerb and up a step. then back to the ward i think i slept for a while. it was freezing cold in the ward la and my brother could still be perspiring. then i borrowed my brother's pullover. when i woke up my dad, gonggong and mama came. rested there for a while more. and it was lunch time and my brother had western food which don't seems to be like western food. haha. then my ...

heyhey... just realised that everytime i eat i always get headaches. real bad ones. the only food that doesn't cause me headaches is PORRIDGE. after eating for 2 meals since yesterday, im starting to get sick of it. for dinner today i decided to eat something else and guess what. after eating, i had headaches. went to visit my brother just now, he looks so drowsy. he undergo surgery this morning. today quite a few visitation i heard. my paternal grandmother, maternal grandparents, his classmates, his teacher, his vice-principal, aunty lili and aunty candy and PLUS. the POLICE. wow. they questioned him at what time? it really doesn't gets better. after posting that previous post i went to sleep then woke up, saw my phone, had 6 missed calls. 3 from my dad, 3 from my mum. well, then i called my mum back. she told me my brother fractured his leg and had to be admitted to hospital. so most probably he'll be having an operation either tonight or tomorrow. so this sunday's plan for the youths to come over to play soccer has been cancelled. what's wrong with these few days. firstly my dad's car scratched. and now my brother's leg fractured. hopefully this stops here. im so distracted by so many things and tomorrow's my physics test. got to study. i thought today would be a great day and i really had fun in school. cheryl's and priscilla's birthday. during recess we had 2 cakes for cheryl and cristal and i poured 2 packets of milo into the edna mode cup that we gave to her. ended up the cake was half for eating and the other half we were smudging on each other's fa...

OUCH. not exactly pain but irritating la. aargh. the gauze in my mouth to stop the bleeding is super irritating. and also the right side of my mouth is sooo numb. so in a disgusting way, i can't feel if there's saliva drooling down. how gross to say this. at the national dental centre the first dentist insert 8 rubber donuts between the teeth behind to separate my teeth for the brackets next time. it was slightly uncomfortable. then for the second dentist, he extracted 2 of my teeth on the right side and there wasn't much pain la. and i wasn't irritated with the rubber donuts anymore but instead by the gauze now. how sad. then later on my brother called my mum, he said he twisted his ankle during his school soccer tournament. so now im home alone while my parents brought him to see either the sinseh or the hospital because he can't even walk and its swollen and when he twisted he said there was sound. must be serious then. sigh.

not going to retype everything all out again because somehow the whole thing just disappeared after i typed everything all out. so just want to emphasize that THERE'S A HUGE MOTH IN MY HOUSE. the ones that are seen quite often nowadays in singapore. its so disgustingly big. and also. tomorrow will be visiting the dentist again and its extracting time. ouch.

my days doesn't seemed to be better. homework just keep on adding and adding from teachers despite the many homework we have not complete in the school dna thing. my homework just keep on piling up. everyone is school do not support this e learning thing. even those who usually are able to do their homework on time strongly agree that e learning is definitely stressful and homeworks are piling up. today's homework is more than usual. FOUR in one day is like WOAH. usually there's only 1 or 2. i guess the teachers fill empty because they never give us for the past 2 days. but actually all are stored online. another BIG issue has been bothering me is that my dad's car got scratches after the car wash thing la. and what if this happens on the outsiders' car. it'll be terrible. i hope everything gets better or something.

hey people. i shall blog about yesterday and today. yesterday was my brother's alumni band performance. its my sixth and i think last time attending it because next year my brother will be joining the army already so no more sji alumni band for him. as usual, the concert was superb! =) terrific. great. wow. 2 thumbs up. and this year their conductor left too which was quite a pity la. the concert didn't had a great start. it started with this ex st josephian who graduated in 1994?! performing together with his bandmates from liverpool. they played rock music and the music was OKAY. the bassist was a female, quite cool la. but that ex st josephian was the singer who didn't had a voice. it sounded terrible. gosh. good thing it finally ended and the band came in with their confidence and all their talents. ya. the concert ending was also nice and touching. they played the most popular song - lao shu ai da mi. haha. then 4 alumni band members presented a gift to him. 3 of them ...

hey there. today was another day in school. how boring. it was double period for EVERY subject. how bad can it get. and lala pangseh me and cheryl, she pon school because her homework are all piling up since the holiday assignments. but everything as normal. hahaha. hey. today was alright althought i was feeling kinda sleepy during lesson time and i tried my best to keep awake. i managed not to doze off during lessons. wow. amazing. haha. i was so looking forward to music lesson today because its the only time where the teacher don't really care about us because we do not belong to riverside sec and also there's aircon and the topic isn't as boring as other subjects. and also its the LAST lesson of the day. so its totally a good thing to look forward to. first thing got there we were tested on rhythmic and melodic dictation and well the i suck at the 2nd question. didn't know how to do. later on learnt about 2oth century again, jazz and stuff. ya. then reached home and tada. im back to the com. that's about it. my life is getting too routined again. as usual. but there's csi to look forward to later on.

hey! was baking cookies with marion and my mum just now. at first we tried 3 pieces and it was disastrous. too buttery and soft, its the big one in the picture. the medium and mini one were just right. all tasted good. altogether we made about 80 over. =)

So saddening. Well. Here it goes. Whenever 6a have an outing planned, it always clashes with something of mine. So, i've missed many outings already and i thought, since i'm always the one who always missing out those stuff, why not i plan one? And well, I did plan it and it was planned WEEKS ahead of the day so no one will plan other stuff. And what now? MY practice clashed with it. DOH. At first it was 7.30pm, so I could sorta accept it but what? it changed to FOUR THIRTY. like OUCH. soo early. Oh well. I guess I can never spent a day with them free from my activities. Sad.
