Ultimate Deyian Challenge 2006

What an awesome time I had at Kallang River. =D hahah. I took part in the biathlon which has 1km of dragon boat and 3 km run. AND GUESS WHAT. MY TEAM WAS THE FIRST AMONG THE UPPERSEC GIRLS! Partly was because of the instructor of our boat that encouraged us a lot and also taught us to use our back muscle to move faster. On the boat, we were terribly excited and I think we had overwhelming of teamspirit. haha. Supposedly all were supposed to get off the boat one by one but instead, we just JUMPED off the boat TOGETHER. hahhah. From there, we threw our lifejackets and paddles onto the ground and just take off at full speed. Having such poor staminar myself, I died halfway and couldn't run anymore. I think I was the 3rd from the back of my team out of 20 participants. haha. Good thing I built up my arm muscle when I practise my piano if not it'll ache badly from the dragon boating and up till now only my shoulder, stomach and thigh muscle are aching. =D While running, Cheryl caught up with me and it was such a waste as she had terrible stiches if not I think she could be one of the top 10 of her team. So throughout the run I was with her all the way until the last few metres she was ahead of me by 2 places. By the time I was done it was already close to 5pm. Wow. Finally came to the annoucement of the prize winners. I was just hoping that my team would win. JUST HOPING. When it came to the dragon boat upper sec girls. The most that I hope was for the 2nd place. I was disappointed when it went to psyedus - spelling? / ex-jaguars. When it came to the FIRST position, I was thinking like. aiya.. sure cannot one la. In the end the teacher announced ZEUS! Literally I JUMPED for joy! haha. It was like so shocking! hahha! 20 of us ran up and GRABBED the trophy! hahhaha. I was super proud of it. =D I think being the first in the dragon boat race really hepled a lot. From Kallang River, I walked with Wanda, Qianyi and Christabel to the Lavendar MRT and from there Qianyi and Christabel accompanied me to Novena Square. I washed up and changed to freshen up for cell. Grabbed a bite from breadtalk and Qianyi and Christabel went to eat their dinner. Met Yanxuan at the bus stop. Reached church quite early and I was super tired then. After cell, as usual, we went to kim san leng and finally I could sit down and enjoy a proper meal. haha. It was a great day man. I couldn't blog yesterday as I was too tired and I just drop dead on my bed. haha.

to think abt it.. 1 mth had passed since ndp preview.. abt sunday.. aft horizon we went to buy car den in e evening we back to e fair tingy at suntec & bought a new com & upgraded our internet connection to 3 times e spd of now!! =) today.. first ting stepped into e sch i heard fantasia's voice.. oh man.... cos evry morning 1 and half song is played for us to come down to e quadrangle to assemble.. aft her song.. fortunately it was my fav.. clay aiken - solitaire.. & too bad it jus cut off lyk tt.. didn't played full.. evryting in sch was normal jus tt it was vicknes b'dae today.. larry they all gave him a pair of ladies' shoe which was wrapped in layers of newspapers.. hah! had m&d today as fri teachr wasn't free so switched schedule wif st nicholas girls.... den cont'd learning modern indian dance which is much much much more fun den brushing up on our basics.. aft dance went hme & followed mum to aunty's hse.. bernard's rm changed...

Boxing Day

Heyz... finally finishing posting that long post and I shadn't cram that post any further. Today I did not go to Horizon to signup but I still need to go back there to collect my exam certificate. They say I got a distinction. Yay... anyway I went to Church this morning and the musical was excellent and I finally could understand it because the previous time when I watched the rehearsal, they rehearsed it in cantonese. Then I received more presents and I better get Jeanette another gift because the one I gave her got some problem. Then I went to mama house to show them the Perth trip photos and the house's toilet was under construction and so it wasn't as comfortable there but I still managed to sleep. This morning Mama thought she was going to... Because she was swaying left to right and luckily, the news showed that Singapore had a earthquake which is brought from India and since she was living on the highest floor, she would experience the biggest shake. wow. my school of vulgarities. yesterday, hougan. today? ong. haiyo. what did he say? "cry father cry mother" in hokkien - "kao bei kao bu" HAIYOO. so corrupted. he wasn't saying out of anguish. he was talking about a topic and say later on you all "!#$^%(*$#" but still, he shouldn't have say that. its bad. what's with my school teachers these few days. after school went home with lala but we didn't eat with each other. i was eating with szeying they all at the coffeeshop oppostie school and lala was eating with her netballers near econ. later met her at the coffeeshop where she was. i planned to do my one and only homework - CHINESE composition. topic?
